Online market research service process 1. Questionnaire creation (optional) We create a questionnaire based on the clientfs objectives. If our client is a market research firm, we are not involved in this phase. 2. Target selection All people in the database are pre-registered. The database has many parameters, such as area of interest, company name, size of the company, job title, nature of business, etc. In this phase, we will define the target people to whom the questionnaires will be delivered. 3. Translation and content development We translate the questionnaire into Japanese and develop HTML-based content, which will be put on the selected peoplefs personalized web page. 4. Content delivery and e-mail notification We post the contents on the target peoplefs personalized web pages, which are individually customized based on the personfs interests. The target people are notified by e-mail that our market research questionnaires are on their web pages. 5. Information collection and translation We collect raw data and tabulate data of the responses and translate it into English. Both raw data and tabulated data in English will be delivered to the client as Excel files. 6. Information analysis (optional) We sanitize and analyze the information.
